Under the “Green and Clean Narayanganj” campaign, the Bijoy Stamba and City Central Shaheed Minar areas in Chashara have been brought under CCTV cameras.

It has been hoped that this initiative of the DC (Deputy Commissioner) will play an important role in ensuring safe movement of the people of Narayanganj, reducing traffic congestion and further accelerating the activities for the law enforcement agencies.

Today, Thursday (April 3,2025 ), the Honorable Administrator of Narayanganj District, Mohammad Zahidul Islam Miah inaugurated the program. In this programme, Mr. Pratyush Kumar Majumder, Superintendent of Police, Narayanganj was present as a special guest.

There were Mr. Nilufa Yasmin, learned Additional District Magistrate, Mr. Md. Alamgir Hussain, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Mr. Md. Sohel Rana, Additional Superintendent of Police (Traffic) and other officials of the district administration present also.
