A teacher fall train accident by climbing train

Delwar Hossain, head teacher of Munshiganj High School, lost his life in the train collision in Narayanganj.

The incident took place at Narayanganj Central Rail Station on Wednesday (December 7) at 9:30 pm, said Mokhlesur Rahman, in -charge of the Narayanganj Railway Police Branch.

The teacher, a resident of Panchabati area of ​​Fatula in Narayanganj, was staying in a rental family in Shampur area of ​​Dhaka, police said.

 

Police Inspector Mokhlesur said, “The train leaving Dhaka was entering Narayanganj station, according to witnesses of the CCTV camera. At that time, some passengers, including the deceased person, jumped from the platform and tried to get on the moving train. The man then died on the spot after being hit by a head injury to the head.

The deceased was informed about the head teacher of a school and his family were informed by mobile phones, the police officer said.

Imran Hossain, a colleague of the deceased, said that after the school holidays, Delwar Hossain used to return from Munshiganj to Narayanganj and then returned to his Shampur home by train.

Talking around 9:30 pm, Delwar’s wife Shirin Akhter said, “I heard the news of my husband’s death, but I do not know the details of how the incident happened.”

He said the family member was going to the scene.
