Ahil Diagnostic Center was fined one lakh taka for operating services without a license and in violation of the prescribed rules.

Today, Wednesday (April 8, 2026), a mobile court was conducted at the ‘Ahil Diagnostic Center’ located in Khanpur, Narayanganj city, under the relevant sections of the ‘Medical Practice and Private Clinics and Laboratories Ordinance 1982’ and the relevant sections of the ‘Protection of Consumer Rights 2009’.

Ahil Diagnostic Center was fined 5000 taka under the ‘Medical Practice and Private Clinics and Laboratories Ordinance 1982’ and 95000 taka under the ‘Protection of Consumer Rights 2009’ Act for operating services without a license and in violation of the prescribed rules.

Today’s drive was conducted by Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Sunim Sohana, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Narayanganj.
